Day
1
- Manaus (D)
Upon arrival in Manaus, visit The Indian Museum and
the market around the port to understand all the traditional products
offered by the Amazon River areas.

2 - Manaus - Rio De Janeiro (B/L/D)
After breakfast proceed to the pier and board the deluxe
cruise ship, sail to the merging point of the Amazon River and the
"Black River" Rio Negro, experience the magnificent view of the two
different color of water going downstream towards the Atlantic Ocean.
Later we shall walk along the forest and enjoy a traditional Indian
lunch. After lunch we shall visit the hand crafts market. You may
join an optional tour about how the Indian grab hold of crocodiles
with their bare hands. Proceed to Rio de Janeiro afterward.

3 - Rio de Janeiro (B/L/D)
Arrive in the morning, freely enjoy the marvelous Brazilian
atmosphere. We will start the tour with a train ride to Corcovado
Hill (Admission included). Corcovado hill lies just west of the city
center. It is known worldwide for the 38-meter (125 ft) statue of
Jesus atop its peak, entitled Cristo Redentoror "Christ the Redeemer".
After lunch we proceed to the World largest soccer stadium Maracana.
Visit the Nossa Senhora de Candelaria, then proceed to the famous
gem center H.Stern in Rio to observe how jewelry be made. Enjoy a
traditional Brazilian buffet for lunch, and then we shall walk along
the famous Copacabana beach.

4 - Rio de Janeiro - Iguassu (B/D)
Free for leisure after breakfast, and proceed to
Iguassu after lunch at local restaurant. Enjoy dinner and a traditional
Samba Dance Performance upon arrival.

5 - Iguassu (B/L/D)
Today, a whole day escorted walking tour to the Brazilian
side of the falls through path footbridges and velvederes. 275 cascades
from a mile and a half long crescent where torrents of water plunge
down to the basin in cataract 230 feet high; all strategically placed
to give the tourist the best view allowing you to see each and every
fall. A panoramic elevator can reach the bottom of the falls.

6** - Iguassu - Buenos Aires ¡Ð Tigre ¡Ð Buenos Aires (B/L/D)
Fly to Buenos Aires after breakfast. "Buenos Aires" means "fair wind"
in Spanish, which containing numerous of historical attractions. Head
towards Tigre upon arrival; it is the starting point for a visit to
the Paran? Delta. For locals and tourists alike, vintage mahogany
commuter launches and motorboats are the favorite way to travel through
its web of inter-connecting rivers and streams. English-style rowing
clubs, countless marinas, humble dwellings and elegant mansions from
the "Belle Bapoque", such as the Tigre Club, are to be seen, as well
as small pensions and upscale lodges, teahouses and simple picnic
sites. Afterward we return to the city and visit the Teatro Colon
from outside, which is the second largest performing arts theatre
in the southern hemisphere. One of the world's most famous balconies
juts out of Argentina's Presidential Palace, known as the Casa Rosada.
The pink building has been the scene of many a political rally, particularly
during the regime of the notorious and tragic Juan and Eva Peron.
Afterward we shall visit the Cementerio de la Recoleta, home to the
tomb of Eva Peron, the actress married to Argentina's President Juan
Peron, or wander under the magnificent facades of the downtown area,
favorable for its marvelous old European buildings. More enthusiastic
sightseers can take a paddleboat from the promenade in Palermo and
stroll through a prolific flower garden.

7 - Buenos Aires ¡Ð Old Ranch ¡Ð Buenos Aires (B/L/D)
After
breakfast we travel through the Argentinean pampas on a full-day trip
from Buenos Aires to a typical estancia (ranch). On your relaxing
day in the Argentinean countryside, you'll enjoy a traditional asado
barbecue, be entertained by folkloric songs and dances and be amazed
by the gauchos' legendary horseback-riding skills.

8** - Buenos Aires - Lima - Cuzco (B) After
breakfast take a flight to Cuzco, Peru, via Lima. In the afternoon
we begin our city tour of Cuzco, the former capital city of Inca Empire.
Sightseeing includes visit the Temple of the Sun, the Cathedral with
its magnificent collection of gold and silver, and ancient fortress
of Sacsayhuaman the Royal bath of Incas, and the amphitheater of Qenko
and Tambomachay. Evening at your own leisure to stroll along the quaint
streets of Cuzco.

9 - Cuzco ¡Ð Machu Picchu ¡Ð Cuzco (B/L)
Take a train ride to Machu Picchu after breakfast. It is a pre-Columbian
15th-century Inca site located 2,430 metres (7,970 ft) above sea level.
It is situated on a mountain ridge above the Urubamba Valley in Peru,
which is 43 miles northwest of Cusco and through which the Urubamba
River flows. Most archaeologists believe that Machu Picchu was built
as an estate for the Inca emperor Pachacuti (1438-1472). Often referred
to as "The Lost City of the Incas", it is perhaps the most familiar
icon of the Inca World. Since the site was never known to the Spanish
during their conquest, it is highly significant as a relatively intact
cultural site. Machu Picchu was declared a Peruvian Historical Sanctuary
in 1981 and a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983, and was voted one
of new Seven Wonders of the World. After tour of the site we shall
enjoy a buffet lunch down the hill, before heading back to Cuzco by
train. |

10 - Cuzco - Lima (B/L/D) After
breakfast take a flight back to Lima, and begin our city tour upon
arrival, includes a visit of Lima's most imposing colonial churches
and mansions, such as the Government Palace, the Plaza Mayor, also
the 17th century San Francisco Monastery and Plaza de Armas. |
Day
11 - Lima ¡Ð Tour Ends (B)
After
hotel breakfast, continue our city tour to Miraflores, which overlooks
the Pacific Ocean. Last stop is to the Indian Market for some handicrafts
and souvenirs. Tour ends afterward and we shall then proceed to the
airport. |
